About Us

An award-winning, full-service architecture firm, Ward Architecture + Preservation specializes in the preservation planning and historic rehabilitation of residential and commercial properties throughout the Southeast, additionally offering services for new construction, historic rehabilitation tax incentive certification, and adaptive reuse of existing buildings.

Established in 2010, Ward Architecture is a woman-owned business, built on strong values of integrity, customer service and client satisfaction. Based in Savannah, the firm is operated by husband and wife duo, Josh and Sarah Ward, and the two share more than 37 years of combined experience. Doing the right thing and repeat business are two points of pride they aim to achieve in every project.
